We are excited to welcome you to Miami next week for the 20th Biennial Meeting of the International Society for Applied Cardiovascular Biology. Here is everything you need to know before you arrive:

🎫 Registration & Check-In
- Check-in opens Wednesday, November 11, at 8:30 am at the registration desk in the Wolfe University Center. The desk will be open until 4:00 pm that day, and from breakfast until 1:00 pm each day after that.
- Please wear your name badge at all sessions, meals, and events.
- If you signed up for the excursion, please pick up your excursion ticket at check-in.

🚗 Parking
All vehicles require a conference parking pass. If you plan to drive, please complete the parking pass request form below by Tuesday Nov. 10th.
Enter campus from Biscayne Blvd via NE 151st Street.
The closest parking to the Wolfe University Center is Lot 1.
Please do not park in Executive, Admin, or Faculty/Staff spaces; these are ticketed.
Parking fills quickly on weekday mornings, so please arrive early.

Conference buses run between the Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Sunny Isles Beach (“Residence Inn” below) and the Wolfe University Center.

The bus schedule is subject to change. Please watch for emails and on-site announcements during the conference.
🎤 For Presenters
- Oral presenters: You will receive a Shared Drive link in the next couple of days for uploading your slides. Please upload them before the conference, and check in with your session moderators in the session room at least 15 minutes before your session begins.
- Poster presenters: Posters may be put up on Wednesday, November 11, and should stay up for the entire conference. Maximum poster size is 36" (H) × 48" (W). Please stand by your poster during the Poster Session on Thursday, November 12 (4:30–6:30 pm), and remove it by the end of the conference on Saturday, November 14.
🎉 Social Events and other info
- Opening Reception: Wednesday, November 11, 6:30–8:00 pm, Wolfe University Center.
- Thirst for Science: Thursday, November 12, 7:00–8:30 pm, at Tap Beer Miami.
- ISACB Excursion & Conference Dinner: Friday, November 13. Buses leave from the Wolfe University Center at 1:00 pm sharp. The afternoon excursion is followed by the conference dinner cruise aboard a boat (5:00–9:00 pm). Dress code: Miami Vice!
- Miami in November is warm (high of 80 °F / 27 °C), but meeting rooms can be cold, so bring a light layer.
- Miami is warm and sunny all week, especially on Friday’s boat cruise and awards dinner. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable shoes.

REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 12, 2026!
60+ days before the event: Full refund minus a processing/administrative fee ($50).
30–59 days before the event (50% refund).
14–29 days before the event (25% refund).
Less than 14 days before the event: No refund.
No-shows: No refund.
Note: Registrations can be transferred to another individual.
*Full registration fee includes access to all sessions, wine and cheese reception (Wednesday), lunches, boating excursion, and conference awards dinner (Friday)
Interested in sharing a room or ride?
In an effort to encourage more young investigators to join our biennial meeting, the Young Investigator Committee is coordinating room sharing at the conference hotel and uber/ride sharing. This is a potential opportunity to meet fellow early career investigators interested in the field of cardiovascular research! The form will close August 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST to allow ample time to coordinate room assignments while providing additional time if room blocks are completely full.
Note: Signing up to room share or uber share does not guarantee a slot, but we will try our best to accommodate as many people as we can.
